• What is an escape room?

    Escape rooms are a great way for friends, family, and co-workers to work together as a team and try to escape from a locked room! Each of our escape rooms are custom designed to be challenging, engaging, and fun! You choose your room theme and book your reservation online, and we provide the adventure. When you arrive, you and your group will be given one hour to escape the room. You will have a series of clues, puzzles, codes, and locks inside the room that will need to be found, solved, and unlocked in order to discover and solve the mystery and escape in time. It's an experience like none other that will leave you with lots of fun memories and wanting to come back time and time again!

  • What is a "private" Escape Room?

    A private escape room means you will not be placed with strangers in ANY of our games EVER. When you book with us, it will always be a private experience for your party.

  • Are we actually LOCKED in the room?

    Nope! The doors to exit your escape room will ALWAYS be unlocked!

  • How much does a game cost?

    Admission: 

    • $45 per person.
    • Minimum of 2 players.
    • Each of our rooms have a maximum amount of players.
    • Follow us on social media for deals and discounts!

  • Are there age restrictions?

    We recommend our games for ages 10 and up. We do allow younger players for our Alice and Steam Train rooms, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. 


    Our Infected room is 10+, since it is a horror/thriller room.


    Children under 16 generally must be accompanied by an adult.

  • How scary is the escape room?

    It's not built to be scary. The escape rooms are built to challenge your thinking skills and for team building. There is no "jump" scares at any of our Quests. Yet

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    Bookings are required at least one hour in advance.

    Walk-ins are welcome, but you are not gauranteed a game unless you book a slot online.

  • When should I arrive?

    You and your group must arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled in-person game time. 

    When you arrive, your group will be given pre-game instructions on how to play, be given your scenario, and your game time will begin immediately after you enter your escape room.

  • What will happen if I'm late?

    We will give you a few options:

    -Join the game in progress

    - Reschedule for another time slot during the same day (if same-day is available)

  • Can I bring a cellphone? May I take pictures inside?

    Yes. How ever we ask thay no photos be taken inside the rooms. You can take as many as you like in the lobby! We will have a photo-op with fun signs at the end of your game.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Due to the nature of our business, no, we do not offer refunds. We will gladly attempt to reschedule a time with at a 48 hour notice.
